The Awakening

Ever had the feeling you don't fit in? Ever had the feeling your inner age doesn't match with your biological age? Ever had the feeling of knowing something but didn't know why?

Well, if the answer to these questions is a big yes, this may be an indicator that you are an old soul. For those who don't know an old soul is a soul reincarnated many times over a long period of time. These souls were one of the first souls when the universe was created, who incarnated as human beings or animals.

Their task in life and for the human consciousness is to learn from their mistakes and teach their wisdom to younger souls, who don't have this great level of life experience. But don't get me wrong! Being an old soul has nothing to do with your biological age. There are people in their 20's who know far more about life than for example people in their 60's.

7 Signs You Are An Old Soul:

1. You are wise beyond your years: This is the most obvious sign that you are an ancient soul. Through your incredible amount of life experiences, you have gather a broad spectrum of knowledge and a deep wisdom about life. While you maybe just be a child, you know a lot of things without knowing why. Furthermore, your ability to learn new things is enhanced greatly, through your sympathy towards learning.
2. You love to learn new things: The world is like a huge playground for you. You were and still are always looking for new skills to learn and for new wisdom to acquire. For you the richness of this world isn't found in gold mines, but in books and in the miraculous way Mother Nature works. While other are talking about sports, you love to talk about how the world works.
3. You feel comfortable around older people: Well, this may not be true for everyone, but most of you feel comfortable in the presence of older people. It's this understanding and this ability to correlate with them, which makes it so wonderful to speak to the older generation. This may be due to your shared view towards life (f.e. you love to do everything slowly and mindful) or because of the high age of your soul.
4. You have troubles with authority: Oh yeah. That's probably true for many of us. As you have gone through life times over life times, you have become wiser and wiser. This wisdom has manifested itself in this symbolic wise man in you(r soul), which in turn makes it harder to tribute respect to people who want authority but don't deserve it. We all probably know this type of guy, who thinks he deserves respect only because of his age or rank. Many of us have troubles with those people, because our third eye sees the true form of this being and this being is nothing more than a little child who learns how to walk.
5. The way you think is much more advanced: I experienced this phenomena as a child very often. While I thought war is just utter nonsense, because if you use your mind you will see that we are all related, adults couldn't understand what I meant. For them reality was absolute. Everything they have been taught in school or by their parents was an unquestionable truth. There lack of depth didn't allow them to think for themselves. Therefore we as old souls had troubles in childhood (and also have now in adolescence) that people understood us.
6. You feel much older than you are: Well, I guess this is obvious. While all the other signs are also great indicators, probably the reason why you have clicked on this link is because you feel you are (much) older than you seem in this physical reality. Maybe you are 14 or 21 or 35, however the age you feel you are is way beyond this numbers. Some old souls say they are over 200 years old, others even feel that they are thousands of years old. But the most important thing to keep in mind is to respect your high age and the wisdom of your soul.
7. People seek guidance from you: And the last sign you are an old soul, is the fact that other people (even strangers) seek guidance from you. While most of the time it's just the vibe you give off, people are still drawn to you like iron spans to a magnet. When they come to you however you don't feel annoyed or under pressure, you feel calm and relaxed and appreciated, like you were born for this.

The Zen master Hakuin was praised by his neighbors as one living a pure life.

A beautiful Japanese girl whose parents owned a food store lived near him. Suddenly, without any warning, her parents discovered she was with child.

This made her parents very angry. She would not confess who the man was, but after much harassment at last named Hakuin.

In great anger the parents went to the master. “Is that so?” was all he would say.

After the child was born it was brought to Hakuin. By this time he had lost his reputation, which did not trouble him, but he took very good care of the child. He obtained milk from his neighbors and everything else the little one needed.

A year later the girl-mother could stand it no longer. She told her parents the truth – that the real father of the child was a young man who worked in the fishmarket.

The mother and father of the girl at once went to Hakuin to ask his forgiveness, to apologize at length, and to get the child back again.

Hakuin was willing. In yielding the child, all he said was: “Is that so?”

Namaste,

Namaste,

Today I want to talk about a technique I've recently remembered. I've come across this method while watching one of Eckhart Tolle's speaches. There a psychologist explained how she is using this technique to help their patients to quieten their minds. The method is fairly simple but yet very effective.

Here is how the 3-Stages-to-Level-Zero-Technique works:

1. Imagine yourself entering an elevator. You and the elevator are on the second floor, where your mind is. As you enter the elevator take three deep breaths and on the third outbreath you move one level down.
2. On the way down to the first floor you feel how your mind becomes more and more relaxed. The first floor is where your throat is. There you remain again for three deep breaths. You are also aware that there isn't as much stress as there was in the first floor. On the third outbreath you move down to level zero.
3. Now you are in the stomach area, on level zero. Down here your mind is very quiet and your body is relaxed. You feel this wonderful groundedness and peace here. Once you've took three deep breaths, you can stay here or go on with your own meditation technique.

Mindfulness is the state of non-thinking. A state in which you aware of your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions and your body's energy without any judgement. You're not in the past, not in the future, but in the here and now. A feeling of deep peace and bliss is flowing through your body. There is nothing important to do. You just enjoy yourself being you.

Do you feel this urge in you...this intense desire to break out of whatever holds you back? Do you feel weird in the place you are in or do you feel not at home at all? Do you feel misunderstood by other people? Do feel that you have a special purpose in life? That you are here for a reason? Do you have a strong connection with your Higher Self?  Are you shocked when you see the society in which we live in?Well, if some of these question correspond with you, this could be a lucky day for you. But first of all...

This term which is widely used in New Age Spirituality describes a certain state of consciousness. In this state you are more in touch with your Higher Self. It lets you see certain situation in a broader light and helps you to make the right decisions. Most of the world currently is still in "deep sleep". So people like you are going to be needed to help the rest of humanity to wake up. You have the potential to do so otherwise you wouldn't be reading this.

Here is a list of 5 Signs that you are Highly Awake:

1. Feeling misunderstood:Many times when you tell people something you think is totally normal, they just look at you with this certain look. They don't understand what you say. The awareness in them is not yet so present to acknowledge new ideas and see them openly and with acceptance.
2. Strong intuition:Do you feel it often, this crumbling feeling in your stomach? Or this deep and unexplainable knowledge that it is the right decision? This is your intuition. You always had and still have a strong connection with it. Rather than to trust logic, you follow your gut feeling. You flow with life so to say.
3. Yearning for solitude: Maybe it's unconscious to you, but you love being alone. During this time you feel so alive and blissfull. Everything seems so clear and logical. There are even times when you are going into deep thinking. This helps you to find solutions for some problems you have.
4. Strong urge to help humanity:
You want to change the world. Maybe even as a child you have felt this desire to help others. It's like written in your DNA. You value the needs of others higher than yours. And when you help them, you feel like you have helped yourself. It's such a satisfying feeling.
5. Very sensitive and empathetic:
Even as a little kid you have behaved differently. You had this strong impulses of anger and anxiety. It all has overwhelmed you and you have lost your nerves. Nowadays you are still very sensitive. You feel the subtle differences in the room when one is angry or lying. It's like you have a 6th sense.

1. Become still:Take a few deep breaths into your stomach. Be aware of the energy flowing through your body while you inhale and the feeling of release while you exhale. Do this for a few minutes before you begin with your aura reading.
2. Look at the other being:
Focus your seight between the eyebrows of the other being where the sixth chakra sits. Observe the other being with all your attention. Take a look at the movements, the behaviour, the characteristics and so on. Try to look it into the eyes. Remember...the eyes are the doorway to the soul.
3. Connect with the other being:
Find yourself in the other being until it's not an "other" being anymore. Become one with it. At first this can be very daunting for both of you. If you can't do it yet, don't worry. The time will come when you are ready.
4. Ask yourself "Which color represents it the be most?":
If you haven't already felt its "color" or aura, ask yourself this question until you get a solid answer. If you are not sure yet, than the answer will probably be wrong.
5. Take the color which comes up first:
If there are multiple colors coming up then choose the first one. This will be the answer coming from your intuition.
6. Find the meaning of this color:
After you have recieved your answer you can look up the meaning of this color either inside you or outside you in the form of the Internet or a book.
7. Be grateful for meeting this being:
Before you go on with your life, take a second and thank the universe or whatever you like, for meeting and connecting with this being. This will show the universe that you have good intentions and so will help you togo further on your way,

So first of all, what is the Law of Attraction exactly? In other words it describes the relationship between our inner world and the outer world we call reality. The inner world is a dimension behind the superficial reality. Everything is created by our inner dimension. Well, most of it. The world is a construct of our collective belief systems, feelings, intentions and thoughts. You wonder why there is war? It's because the majority of humans belief the world is full of war. And there we are already at the basis of the Law of Attraction:

Sounds pretty simple, doesn't it? Well, it is pretty simple and so therefor every human being is capable of using this universal law. The only hard thing or the obstacle most of the people can't overcome is...doubt.

Doubt is a mental construct with a negative energy impact on it. Feelings or thoughts are nothing else but energy, so when you think negative things you feel and therefor attract negative energy. The little words "I can't do it." or "I'm not worthy of it." have a massive impact. Since we were born we were told we can't do certain things, they are impossible they've said. People called us crazy when we just wanted to do our own thing and swim against the (main)stream. The society has programmed us to ignore and forget our powers. With power I don't mean some sort of domination or fortune, I simpy mean creativity. Creativity is nothing else, but the ability to create a specific construct we call our life. It is the power to manifest our thoughts and emotion into the outer world.

God, Allah, the Universe or whatever you want to call it, always is referred to the creation of everything. It was this entity or as I called it the formless which was the origin of all being. It was this formless too who gave us humans the ability to create. So in other words, we all are God, Allah, the Universe. We all are the Creator. In everyone of us lies this deeper truth. We were born to create!

"So, why do I need this boring nonesense of Creation? I only want to travel more.", you may ask. Well, it's because so you know a little bit more of who you really are, which is never bad and so you can see that doubt is only an illusion of powerlessness and that we are far more than what our ego let's us believe we are.
So, to no longer keep you from "the secret", I'll show you how you can use the Law of Attraction.

1. Setting the Intention:
You have to be clear of what you want. If it's a new car, a salary increase or a new girlfriend for example doesn't matter as long as you are specific. To help yourself to know what you want, meditate about it or write it down. This will help you to clear your mind of all unneccassary distractions and gives you a clear picture of what you want.
2. Visualize:
The next step is to visualize that you already have what you desire or need. To visualize you project a picture onto your inner eye with as many details as you can imagine. It's like daydreaming, but without the mental babble. Also try to include smells, sounds, tastes and very important, how it feels like. Try to make it as real as possible. You can also visualize your desired form with the feeling of using it right now. If you are new to visualization or getting easily distracted, here is a guided visualization meditation. It will help you to focus on your visualization and keep you from shifting into unwanted mind talks.
3. Be Thankful:
For this step you have to realize that you already have used the Law of Attraction with all the things, persons, ideas, ect. which came into your life.
You are fortunate to be able to live such a wonderful life, so be thankful for everything you have.
In the case of the Law of Attraction, you are going to pretend already having what you desire by saying phrases like "Thank you for bringing this amazing person into my life!", "Thank you for giving me the opportunity to travel to Egypt!" or "I'm so grateful for this new car!". The possibilities are endless.
4. Right Action:
Without the right action nothing will come to you. If you are going the wrong path, even the universe can't help you bringing the thing you want. How do you supposed to meet your dream man or dream woman if you are sitting at home watching Netflix? You have to move in the right direction. Step out of your comfort zone and make your dreams come true.
5. Wait for the right moment:
Be patient! All you are going to create when you can't wait until you get what you asked for, is the feeling of not having it. Don't forget this! Would you also wait for your ordered parcel when it already has arrived? I guess you won't, so keep calm. The Universe knows the perfect moment.

Namaste,

"Do you feel it?" is probably the most accurate question to ask, when you want to know if someone is an empath. The english word empathy is derived from the Ancient Greek word ἐμπάθεια (empatheia, meaning "physical affection or passion"). An empath is generally described as a person, who feels into the other person. In this post I want to give you a picture of what everyone is capable of. An empath is no 'better' human or something like that, he/she is only more aware of what happens around him/her. We all have had the strange experience of knowing or feeling that something isn't correct. In my opinion it's the heart, which talks to us.

Here are 7 Signs to know that you are an Empath:

1. You feel others feeling: This is probably the most essential attribute of an empath. You can take on the feelings of people around you. Because you're vibrating at a such high frequency, you are very sensitive to the most subtle energies. These energies can emanate from everything, especially from people and electrical devices. You see, we are in reality only energy vibrating at a different frequency. The more you are aware of this fact, the more you are aware of subtle energies around you. You only need to look into someones eyes to tell them their inner emotional state. Many people are afraid of us, because they don't want to be X-rayed. But we don't this to harm anyone, we are here to help humanity and planet earth. Because you are so susceptible to other people's energies, you often times get depressed. Most people don't know it, but they are so full of negative energies that I often times ask myself "How can they stand this pain?".
2. You are an expert at body language: You love it to watch people. Literally, you can sit in the park observing the people who pass, without getting bored. This is often times very annoying for the watched, but you know you don't do this to judge anyone. You rather do this to lern something new. Since you were a child you always watched life as it passed. Even in the most boring situations, you found a way to entertain yourself. In fact you were most of the time so engaged in observing your environment, that you faded out all the boring stuff.
3. Being in crowded places overwhelmes you:
This is due to your high sensitivity. In a small group it's no problem for you, because there are not so much energies. But in a crowded place with more than 100 people or sometimes more than 1000 people you feel uncomfortable. This amount of different energies is too much for you and you can't help but to leave into a less crowded area. But in the rare cases you enter such huge crowds, you're trying to find a place at the end. This gives you a certain type of safety, so you can leave very easy and fast when you need to.
4. You are highly intuitive: You have a deep connection to your Higher Self. This gives you insight into the huge collection of wisdom. Most of the time, this wisdom is used as intuition to guide you. When you trust your intuition, it will let you see the world as it is. Often times you don't know from where this knowing is coming from, but you have a deep inner knowing it is true. In the hinduistic belief and many other cultures, the Third Eye is the seat of your intuition. Probably you are not the type of person who likes to plan. It's simple: Your intuition always makes the right decision for you.
5. You can easily tell if someone is lying around you: You are a human lie detector. When you look someone in the eyes and they lie to you, you know it. It's very hard for people not to lie to you, because they also have the feeling of being caught. In my experience the eye color influences the persons ability to lie. Brown eyed people are far more secretive. They don't let anything out and so it's more difficult to tell if they are lying. Blue eyed people, in contrast, are very open. They are like an open book. They don't want and they can't most of the time lie to you. So for an empath it's most of the time easier to look through a blue eyed person than a brown eyed person.  This doesn't mean that people with brown eyes are liars, they are only more mysterious.
6. You avoid negative media images: Probably many of you didn't follow the presidential election, because you can't withstand all this negativity. It's like that all the lies, the corruption and violence is absorbed by you. This is sometimes very hard for you, because you need a long time to recover. You are more likely a person who likes to read interesting books about the nature of life and to watch uplifting YouTube videos. This positivity brings balance to your life. It enhanches your kundalini energy, your frequency.
Nowadays, we are unfortunately surrounded by all kind of drama, stress and negative energies. To bear this amount of negativity, you find yourself going inwards to find answers. I recommend you to meditate, if you are having trouble with all this different energies.
You also have to realize that the truth often times can be negative. This shouldn't freighten you, it should let you see the world as it is. In the end the truth sets you free.
7. People open up to you: It's like you're a counselor since you were born. Random people are suddenly talking to you about their life and their problems. They often times don't know why they are doing this, but most say it's because they feel comfortable around you. Though you are may be wondering too, you are open and ready to help. In fact you love it to hear the stories of people. It gives you a warm and welcoming feeling.
You are emanating love and light outwards and the people feel this. They can't help, but open up to you. They have no control about it. And they don't regret it. You always have an answer for them.

Namaste.

Namaste,

Namaste,

Today I want to talk about Sufism. It's probably the most spiritual form of the Islamic religion. The purpose of this post is not to convince you that this is the only way to the One or something like that, but to give you another perspective on the Islamic culture.

Namaste,

In our society nowadays it's more important to get your work done quickly than to be healthy. We eat at McDonalds or other fastfood restaurants like KFC, because we have no more time to cook for ourselves. We have decided to speed up the pace of life, because of the need for success, money and power. Many of us don't want to live such a life, but we have to adjust our tempo to that of the big ones, who rule the world. In fact, we shouldn't interfere with the natural speed of life. We want everything growing faster and bigger, so therefor we use genetic engineering, antibiotics, etc.. This violation will have devastating consequences. If we don't start to find our roots again, we as a species won't survive. The ancients knew that and they also knew how life and the universe worked. They had a deeper connection to everything around them, than we will ever have. For them meditation was more than relaxation. They opened a portal with it, through which they got knowledge and wisdom from spiritual beings on a higher dimension. Today meditation is seen by most of the people as something only hindus do or some esoteric people, which went crazy. Children aren't taught how to meditate, how to release their thoughts and negative emotions. They only get taught unneccessary stuff over and over again, that they don't need. We get taught to forget to listen to our body and to start listen to authorities, presidents, bosses and so on. We have forgotten to value our life, forgotten how rare and vulnerable it is. We don't work 9 to 5 because our body wants to, no, we do it because we get taught to do so.

But there is hope.

The human consciousness or even the worlds consciousness is raising it's vibrational state. More and more people become aware of the lie we live in, of our spiritual nature, of our need to seek answers we only get from ourselves. We are beginning to go deeper into us to look for happiness. We are starting to live healthier, with a vegan diet or a even a raw vegan diet. Medicine men like Dr. Sebi are telling the world what the actual reasons are, why we get sick. We are alkaline living beings and therefor we need alkaline living food. All the vegetables, fruits and greens are full of enzymes and important nutrients. They are life-giving instead of life-sucking foods. It's great to be alive in such a magnificient time. You may now be shocked and say "What's with all the terrorism and corruption?". Well, these negative influences are all giving to us from the media, which isn't concerned of our wellbeing, but of how much money they make. They wan't to keep us asleep and until we are letting go of these negative images, we won't find peace and we won't see the world as it is.

Be the light and not the darkness.

So here is a guided meditation for you, through wich you can give more love and compassion:

1. Look for a quiet place, where you won't be disturbed, e.g. in your room, in the forest, etc.
Hint: If you want, you can listen to binaural beats, in case of a noisy environment
2. Get yourself in a comfortable positions, e.g. in a crossed legged position, laying in the bed, sitting in a chair, etc.
Hint: When you are crossed legged on the floor, the energy can flow better through your spine, because your body is straight.
3. Close your eyes.
4. Breath deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth, do this three to five times.
5. Now feel how a peaceful energy goes from your toes, to your fingers up to the crown of your head. Feel how the muscles relax and the tensions and stress slowly goes away.
6. Next, breath in white light filling your whole body and breath out all the stress and problems you have n the moment. Feel how the white light goes through every single cell of your body. Feel how your cells start to vibrate on the frequency of the white light, until they become the white light.
7. See yourself now as an infinite source of white light, which fills the whole environment you are in.
8. With every take in of breath you expand and with every breath out you release negative emotions.
9. Keep doing this for so long as you feel comfortable.
10. After you feel you have expanded enough, shift your attention to your heart.
11. Feel how the white light is flowing into your heart. Feel how your love and compassion increases.
12. As your heart is filled up with all the white light, take a few deep breaths.
13. And when you feel ready, open your eyes.
