1. Become still:Take a few deep breaths into your stomach. Be aware of the energy flowing through your body while you inhale and the feeling of release while you exhale. Do this for a few minutes before you begin with your aura reading. 
2. Look at the other being:
   Focus your seight between the eyebrows of the other being where the sixth chakra sits. Observe the other being with all your attention. Take a look at the movements, the behaviour, the characteristics and so on. Try to look it into the eyes. Remember...the eyes are the doorway to the soul. 
3. Connect with the other being:
   Find yourself in the other being until it's not an "other" being anymore. Become one with it. At first this can be very daunting for both of you. If you can't do it yet, don't worry. The time will come when you are ready.
4. Ask yourself "Which color represents it the be most?":
   If you haven't already felt its "color" or aura, ask yourself this question until you get a solid answer. If you are not sure yet, than the answer will probably be wrong. 
5. Take the color which comes up first:
   If there are multiple colors coming up then choose the first one. This will be the answer coming from your intuition. 
6. Find the meaning of this color:
   After you have recieved your answer you can look up the meaning of this color either inside you or outside you in the form of the Internet or a book.
7. Be grateful for meeting this being:
   Before you go on with your life, take a second and thank the universe or whatever you like, for meeting and connecting with this being. This will show the universe that you have good intentions and so will help you togo further on your way,

So first of all, what is the Law of Attraction exactly? In other words it describes the relationship between our inner world and the outer world we call reality. The inner world is a dimension behind the superficial reality. Everything is created by our inner dimension. Well, most of it. The world is a construct of our collective belief systems, feelings, intentions and thoughts. You wonder why there is war? It's because the majority of humans belief the world is full of war. And there we are already at the basis of the Law of Attraction:

Sounds pretty simple, doesn't it? Well, it is pretty simple and so therefor every human being is capable of using this universal law. The only hard thing or the obstacle most of the people can't overcome is...doubt.

Doubt is a mental construct with a negative energy impact on it. Feelings or thoughts are nothing else but energy, so when you think negative things you feel and therefor attract negative energy. The little words "I can't do it." or "I'm not worthy of it." have a massive impact. Since we were born we were told we can't do certain things, they are impossible they've said. People called us crazy when we just wanted to do our own thing and swim against the (main)stream. The society has programmed us to ignore and forget our powers. With power I don't mean some sort of domination or fortune, I simpy mean creativity. Creativity is nothing else, but the ability to create a specific construct we call our life. It is the power to manifest our thoughts and emotion into the outer world.

God, Allah, the Universe or whatever you want to call it, always is referred to the creation of everything. It was this entity or as I called it the formless which was the origin of all being. It was this formless too who gave us humans the ability to create. So in other words, we all are God, Allah, the Universe. We all are the Creator. In everyone of us lies this deeper truth. We were born to create!


"So, why do I need this boring nonesense of Creation? I only want to travel more.", you may ask. Well, it's because so you know a little bit more of who you really are, which is never bad and so you can see that doubt is only an illusion of powerlessness and that we are far more than what our ego let's us believe we are.
So, to no longer keep you from "the secret", I'll show you how you can use the Law of Attraction.

1. Setting the Intention: 
   You have to be clear of what you want. If it's a new car, a salary increase or a new girlfriend for example doesn't matter as long as you are specific. To help yourself to know what you want, meditate about it or write it down. This will help you to clear your mind of all unneccassary distractions and gives you a clear picture of what you want. 
2. Visualize: 
   The next step is to visualize that you already have what you desire or need. To visualize you project a picture onto your inner eye with as many details as you can imagine. It's like daydreaming, but without the mental babble. Also try to include smells, sounds, tastes and very important, how it feels like. Try to make it as real as possible. You can also visualize your desired form with the feeling of using it right now. If you are new to visualization or getting easily distracted, here is a guided visualization meditation. It will help you to focus on your visualization and keep you from shifting into unwanted mind talks. 
3. Be Thankful:
   For this step you have to realize that you already have used the Law of Attraction with all the things, persons, ideas, ect. which came into your life.
   You are fortunate to be able to live such a wonderful life, so be thankful for everything you have.
   In the case of the Law of Attraction, you are going to pretend already having what you desire by saying phrases like "Thank you for bringing this amazing person into my life!", "Thank you for giving me the opportunity to travel to Egypt!" or "I'm so grateful for this new car!". The possibilities are endless. 
4. Right Action:
   Without the right action nothing will come to you. If you are going the wrong path, even the universe can't help you bringing the thing you want. How do you supposed to meet your dream man or dream woman if you are sitting at home watching Netflix? You have to move in the right direction. Step out of your comfort zone and make your dreams come true. 
5. Wait for the right moment: 
   Be patient! All you are going to create when you can't wait until you get what you asked for, is the feeling of not having it. Don't forget this! Would you also wait for your ordered parcel when it already has arrived? I guess you won't, so keep calm. The Universe knows the perfect moment.

An empath is generally described as a person, who feels into the other person. In this post I want to give you a picture of what everyone is capable of. An empath is no 'better' human or something like that, he/she is only more aware of what happens around him/her. Here are 7 Signs to know that you are an Empath:

1. You feel others feeling: This is probably the most essential attribute of an empath. You can take on the feelings of people around you. Because you're vibrating at a such high frequency, you are very sensitive to the most subtle energies. These energies can emanate from everything, especially from people and electrical devices. You see, we are in reality only energy vibrating at a different frequency. The more you are aware of this fact, the more you are aware of subtle energies around you. You only need to look into someones eyes to tell them their inner emotional state. Many people are afraid of us, because they don't want to be X-rayed. But we don't this to harm anyone, we are here to help humanity and planet earth. Because you are so susceptible to other people's energies, you often times get depressed. Most people don't know it, but they are so full of negative energies that I often times ask myself "How can they stand this pain?". 
2. You are an expert at body language: You love it to watch people. Literally, you can sit in the park observing the people who pass, without getting bored. This is often times very annoying for the watched, but you know you don't do this to judge anyone. You rather do this to lern something new. Since you were a child you always watched life as it passed. Even in the most boring situations, you found a way to entertain yourself. In fact you were most of the time so engaged in observing your environment, that you faded out all the boring stuff. 
3. Being in crowded places overwhelmes you: 
   This is due to your high sensitivity. In a small group it's no problem for you, because there are not so much energies. But in a crowded place with more than 100 people or sometimes more than 1000 people you feel uncomfortable. This amount of different energies is too much for you and you can't help but to leave into a less crowded area. But in the rare cases you enter such huge crowds, you're trying to find a place at the end. This gives you a certain type of safety, so you can leave very easy and fast when you need to. 
4. You are highly intuitive: You have a deep connection to your Higher Self. This gives you insight into the huge collection of wisdom. Most of the time, this wisdom is used as intuition to guide you. When you trust your intuition, it will let you see the world as it is. Often times you don't know from where this knowing is coming from, but you have a deep inner knowing it is true. In the hinduistic belief and many other cultures, the Third Eye is the seat of your intuition. Probably you are not the type of person who likes to plan. It's simple: Your intuition always makes the right decision for you.
5. You can easily tell if someone is lying around you: You are a human lie detector. When you look someone in the eyes and they lie to you, you know it. It's very hard for people not to lie to you, because they also have the feeling of being caught. In my experience the eye color influences the persons ability to lie. Brown eyed people are far more secretive. They don't let anything out and so it's more difficult to tell if they are lying. Blue eyed people, in contrast, are very open. They are like an open book. They don't want and they can't most of the time lie to you. So for an empath it's most of the time easier to look through a blue eyed person than a brown eyed person.  This doesn't mean that people with brown eyes are liars, they are only more mysterious. 
6. You avoid negative media images: Probably many of you didn't follow the presidential election, because you can't withstand all this negativity. It's like that all the lies, the corruption and violence is absorbed by you. This is sometimes very hard for you, because you need a long time to recover. You are more likely a person who likes to read interesting books about the nature of life and to watch uplifting YouTube videos. This positivity brings balance to your life. It enhanches your kundalini energy, your frequency.
   Nowadays, we are unfortunately surrounded by all kind of drama, stress and negative energies. To bear this amount of negativity, you find yourself going inwards to find answers. I recommend you to meditate, if you are having trouble with all this different energies. 
   You also have to realize that the truth often times can be negative. This shouldn't freighten you, it should let you see the world as it is. In the end the truth sets you free.
7. People open up to you: It's like you're a counselor since you were born. Random people are suddenly talking to you about their life and their problems. They often times don't know why they are doing this, but most say it's because they feel comfortable around you. Though you are may be wondering too, you are open and ready to help. In fact you love it to hear the stories of people. It gives you a warm and welcoming feeling. 
   You are emanating love and light outwards and the people feel this. They can't help, but open up to you. They have no control about it. And they don't regret it. You always have an answer for them.
