How to Meditate

In our society nowadays it's more important to get your work done quickly than to be healthy. We eat at McDonalds or other fastfood restaurants like KFC, because we have no more time to cook for ourselves. We have decided to speed up the pace of life, because of the need for success, money and power. Many of us don't want to live such a life, but we have to adjust our tempo to that of the big ones, who rule the world. In fact, we shouldn't interfere with the natural speed of life. We want everything growing faster and bigger, so therefor we use genetic engineering, antibiotics, etc.. This violation will have devastating consequences. If we don't start to find our roots again, we as a species won't survive. The ancients knew that and they also knew how life and the universe worked. They had a deeper connection to everything around them, than we will ever have. For them meditation was more than relaxation. They opened a portal with it, through which they got knowledge and wisdom from spiritual beings on a higher dimension. Today meditation is seen by most of the people as something only hindus do or some esoteric people, which went crazy. Children aren't taught how to meditate, how to release their thoughts and negative emotions. They only get taught unneccessary stuff over and over again, that they don't need. We get taught to forget to listen to our body and to start listen to authorities, presidents, bosses and so on. We have forgotten to value our life, forgotten how rare and vulnerable it is. We don't work 9 to 5 because our body wants to, no, we do it because we get taught to do so.

But there is hope.

The human consciousness or even the worlds consciousness is raising it's vibrational state. More and more people become aware of the lie we live in, of our spiritual nature, of our need to seek answers we only get from ourselves. We are beginning to go deeper into us to look for happiness. We are starting to live healthier, with a vegan diet or a even a raw vegan diet. Medicine men like Dr. Sebi are telling the world what the actual reasons are, why we get sick. We are alkaline living beings and therefor we need alkaline living food. All the vegetables, fruits and greens are full of enzymes and important nutrients. They are life-giving instead of life-sucking foods. It's great to be alive in such a magnificient time. You may now be shocked and say "What's with all the terrorism and corruption?". Well, these negative influences are all giving to us from the media, which isn't concerned of our wellbeing, but of how much money they make. They wan't to keep us asleep and until we are letting go of these negative images, we won't find peace and we won't see the world as it is.

Be the light and not the darkness.

So here is a guided meditation for you, through wich you can give more love and compassion:

  1. Look for a quiet place, where you won't be disturbed, e.g. in your room, in the forest, etc.
    Hint: If you want, you can listen to binaural beats, in case of a noisy environment
  2. Get yourself in a comfortable positions, e.g. in a crossed legged position, laying in the bed, sitting in a chair, etc.
    Hint: When you are crossed legged on the floor, the energy can flow better through your spine, because your body is straight.
  3. Close your eyes.
  4. Breath deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth, do this three to five times.
  5. Now feel how a peaceful energy goes from your toes, to your fingers up to the crown of your head. Feel how the muscles relax and the tensions and stress slowly goes away.
  6. Next, breath in white light filling your whole body and breath out all the stress and problems you have n the moment. Feel how the white light goes through every single cell of your body. Feel how your cells start to vibrate on the frequency of the white light, until they become the white light.
  7. See yourself now as an infinite source of white light, which fills the whole environment you are in.
  8. With every take in of breath you expand and with every breath out you release negative emotions.
  9. Keep doing this for so long as you feel comfortable.
  10. After you feel you have expanded enough, shift your attention to your heart.
  11. Feel how the white light is flowing into your heart. Feel how your love and compassion increases.
  12. As your heart is filled up with all the white light, take a few deep breaths.
  13. And when you feel ready, open your eyes.
After you did this meditation focus on how you felt before and how you feel now. Do you feel the problems are still as important as you made them? Remember the feelings you have and keep the white light always in your heart. It will give you love and compassion, when you see the world as a place full of hate, lies and destruction. This white light is now a part of you.
