The Awakening

Namaste,

two weeks ago I've wrote a post about 12 Signs You Realise The World Is Shifting. However these signs can only help you when you are already awake. Most people think they know while they don't know and some who think they don't know but do know very well. Here you will find out which one you are.

What is an Awakened Person?

First, we need to clarify what an awakened person really is. There may be some differences in the understanding of an awakened human soul, but there a some aspects, you will find in every "enlightened soul".

The term "awake" refers to the process of shedding off the illusion of form and materialism and letting the light shine through. Like we are waking up everyday from our dreamworld, so do people who are in the process of awakening. They realise slowly or sometimes in a rush, that reality as we know it is not more than a dream.

We see the world completely different compared to unconscious people. You could also say that we are seeing the world more "whole", because we recognise that all dots are connected. For example, while "normal" people only see the material value and usefulness of an animal, we see a divine spirit sharing sacred life with us on the journey to Oneness.

Why is it so hard to live as an Awakened Being in the West?

In the Eastern World the awakened beings are called Yogis, Gurus or Mystics (or even Buddhas). They are sharing their insights with other human beings and free them from their mind-made prison. Through their teachings people have learned skills and ways they can see their own shining light and how they illuminate the world with it.
In our "modern" Society, however, this doesn't work at all. People rather label enlightened beings as crazy and strange. The attachment to the mind made it difficult for people to believe something, which is not "materialistic" or can be measured. And even beings who are getting to know who they are, often times fall in the trap of the spiritual ego and mislead the message of Enlightenment only to gain power.

6 Signs You Are Awake (While The Rest Of The World Is Still Sleeping)

1. You seek solitude in Nature: As you become more aware of who you really are, you also become more aware of the unconsciousness around you. It's a burden for you to spend time around negative or unconscious people, especially if you don't know them. When you don't follow the need to restore your energies in solitude or when connected with nature, you are feeling sick, depressed and frustrated. You will also learn a lot by listening to nature.
2. You look for meaningful work: I guess we all have tried it...normal work. But for most of us this has seemed like a punishment, a prison in which you have to follow rules you can't accept nor understand. Many people think you are crazy because you don't pursue a successful career, but you know deep down that no material success can fill your heart and in turn make you happy.
3. You have this deep knowing: This knowing is deeper than the human mind. Therefore it's difficult to explain it. It's jus that you know that you are a realised being and that you have a special purpose in life. Without a doubt deep down, you know who you are. It's just that you can loose yourself in the world of forms and its illusion. But don't worry, the truth will always come to light.
4. You give people advice: ...or rather people are looking for advice from you. It can be your brother, friend or even a complete stranger. Sharing your wisdom is like an addiction to you. It's like when you know the ending of a movie, you just want to tell the other person. The reason why this wisdom is so attractive is, because it comes from a deeper dimension. A dimension in which everything is possible and out of which every idea is being born. And so therefore the people get drawn to you.
5. You have an increased interest in psychology: Because you know that mental illness is the cause for all of our suffering (also physical), you have an increased interest in psychology and the ways how it can help you and others to heal. Furthermore you are much more aware of the problems of other human beings. You can read them like a book.
6. Your love for others is limitless: Love. This beautiful gift. This precious ability to let your heart speak. When you are awake, you also begin to love unconditionally. It's a strange feeling, because it's a love you've never felt before (well, maybe as a child). This love lets you see through the suffering of unconscious people and bring forth the desire to help them with compassion and patience. It fills you with this calmness and peacefulness, which don't need any reward, which is so fulfilling that giving love is all you need.

Namaste,

recently I am becoming more and more aware about how fast the consciousness on our planet is raising. Everywhere I look I get signs and confirmations that the enlightening of humanity also affects the whole planet and all what lives on it. You are part of this evolution too and therefore I wanted to give you 12 Signs You Realise The World Is Shifting.

Two years ago I had my first enlightenment experience. It was a beautiful day in spring. The sun was shining into my bedroom, filling it with wonderful healing light. The birds are singing their divine songs, bringing back the life force which we were so thirsty for during winter.

There I sat on my bed wondering and playing with my thoughts, which in the end have guided me into a beautiful and silent meditation. This was the beginning of my journey as an Indigo Child, or the journey as an Awakened One.

Now today after what I was able to learn from myself and the world around me, I am really fascinated by how intense the forthcoming of consciousness happens in our society. It's like seeing the whole world waking up from its deep sleep.

So, because not only this person who writes this post, experiences this phenomena, but also a growing number of souls, I want to share 12 signs with you, that will show you, if you also realise that the world is shifting or if you are just paranoid.

12 Signs You Realise The World Is Shifting:

1. Your social media is full of wise and free thinking posts: When you open up your Facebook Page or your Instagram Feed, you get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of educational and spiritual content. It's like social media change to a tool for enlightenment rather than entertainment. You realise the world is shifting, when you see that on your feed are more wise and free thinking posts than entertaining posts.
2. Meditation is very important: The desire to go inwards is like a natural force for you. This wonderful feeling of peace and serenity always gives you space to go inwards. You meditate wherever you are. Meditation is becoming more than just a routine or a must. You realise the world is shifting, when you find yourself meditating at times you normally would do something else (like depleting your energy on your iPhone).
3. People around think you are crazy: Hmm, I could write a novel about how many times my family and people around me thought I went crazy. These new and unbound ideas about life, sexuality, spirituality etc. that move through my head are collapsing with the old and traditional beliefs, which kept humanity in mental chains for so long. You realise the world is shifting, when more and more people think you are crazy and when you too realise that you think completely different.
4. Synchronicities happen all over the place: That's a fun one. Ever thought about something and then you've read it somewhere the next day or even in the next moments? These spontaneous occurrences are an indicator that you are living in alignment with the universe. You realise the shift of consciousness, when you literally get hit in the face (in a positive way) by the universe.
5. Your interests shift towards helping and healing people: The materialistic world and its lifestyle are more like a scary horror movie for you than an "American Dream". Your goal in life is to be happy and to share this with people. You want to help people around you and heal the imbalance of the world, because you know happiness is increasing when being shared. You realise the shift of consciousness, when you feel the need to bring back balance to the world and minimising the gap between rich and poor.
6. The System becomes more and more absurd to you: Well yeah, this bothers me still today. For example, ever thought about how insane it is that we have only one month of freedom when we would work in a regular job. You realise the shift of consciousness when you start to seeing through the matrix and when you open up new paths with your transcendental thinking.
7. You start living healthier and more holistic: Health is Wealth! You know this very well and so you value healthy foods more than drinking on the weekend or buying new clothes. You are either vegetarian or vegan. This shift in your lifestyle not only happened because your growing empathy towards animals, but also the need of your body for High Energy Foods. You realise the world is changing, when you start seeing food more than just nutrients, but more like medicine.
8. Politics are of no interest: Oh come on! I thought we've buried this topic already beneath all the dirt and dust we call illusion and ignorance. But just that you know, you are not alone: As the consciousness in you raise, you start loosing interest in politics and the drama it propagates. You realise the world is changing, when you see Trump and all these political people more like actors playing a roman tragedy rather than real influencers on their way to make the world a better place.
9. You are becoming free of religion: Religion is still a hot topic. So I don't want to disrespect any culture, but you start seeing the truth of these organised groups. However you still look for truth in the words and actions of the prophets and deities of these institutions, but you block out the bs what some guy tells you, you should believe. You realise the world is changing, when you can pick up teachings from every religion and see their divine core without any judgement.
10. The connection to Nature is very strong: Nature is your friend. Nature is your family. Nature is you. Whenever you go outside you feel this strong connection with Nature. You love to sit on Mother Earth's ground and you feel at peace when you are in nature. You realise the raise of consciousness, when you start respecting Mother Earth and seeing the divine in everything which moves, flies or swings in the wind.
11. You value deep relationships more than superficial ones: Family and close friends are one of the most important things in your life. You know the preciousness of this gift and you are protecting it with everything you have (even if this means you have to let go of your ego). You realise the raise of consciousness, when you feel love and comfort for those who really care for you.
12. You start seeing a lot of change around you: This sign is more like a combination of all the above. All the points mentioned above only can be of value when you are aware of them. Without awareness even a brilliant diamond turns into a boring rock. Seeing change happening around you is a sign that your awareness becomes more and more sensitive. You realise the raise of consciousness, when you observe with the light of awareness rather than blindly consume everything.

1. Become still:Take a few deep breaths into your stomach. Be aware of the energy flowing through your body while you inhale and the feeling of release while you exhale. Do this for a few minutes before you begin with your aura reading.
2. Look at the other being:
Focus your seight between the eyebrows of the other being where the sixth chakra sits. Observe the other being with all your attention. Take a look at the movements, the behaviour, the characteristics and so on. Try to look it into the eyes. Remember...the eyes are the doorway to the soul.
3. Connect with the other being:
Find yourself in the other being until it's not an "other" being anymore. Become one with it. At first this can be very daunting for both of you. If you can't do it yet, don't worry. The time will come when you are ready.
4. Ask yourself "Which color represents it the be most?":
If you haven't already felt its "color" or aura, ask yourself this question until you get a solid answer. If you are not sure yet, than the answer will probably be wrong.
5. Take the color which comes up first:
If there are multiple colors coming up then choose the first one. This will be the answer coming from your intuition.
6. Find the meaning of this color:
After you have recieved your answer you can look up the meaning of this color either inside you or outside you in the form of the Internet or a book.
7. Be grateful for meeting this being:
Before you go on with your life, take a second and thank the universe or whatever you like, for meeting and connecting with this being. This will show the universe that you have good intentions and so will help you togo further on your way,

I believe that most of you are excited when they hear what amazing things one can do with an opened Third Eye, but I'm sorry I won't talk about them here. These are just another forms the ego identifies with and so keep you asleep. Through opening your Third Eye you will see the light of consciousness shining in you. When you 'reach' (you can not actually reach it, because you're already here) Enlightenment or the formless dimension of being, you will realize that no psychic power or supernatural ability can give you freedom. Only the detachment from thought will do so.

Here are 5 Things you can do to Open Your Third Eye:

1. Stop watching TV:
Through watching TV you lose your connection to your inner dimension. The television changes your vibrational state so that you are more susceptible to absorb information without knowing it. It also shows a lot of violence and ignorance, which keep you in an unconscious state. In my personal experience not watching TV anymore expanded my view of life. It was like waking up after a deep sleep and seeing all the colors more brilliantly afterwards.
2. Avoid fluorid:
Fluorid can mainly be found in tooth paste and in some regions of the world even in tap water. It calcifies the pineal gland, which is very strongly connected to the Third Eye. The pineal gland is also known as the center of consciousness and the place where dreaming is happening. When the pineal gland gets calcified it won't work properly. It's then like a rusty door which one can hardly move. To decalcify it, buy a toothpaste without fluorid in it and if you're tap water is contaminated, use bottled water and drink it out of a copper cup. This will re-awaken the water and its healing properties.
3. Meditate:
Meditation not only helps you to open your Third Eye, but also to find the peace within you. Our society is in a constant stress situation with no way out of it. So it's important for planet earth and our evolution as human beings to stop running from this place to that place to find happiness and instead turning inside and realize what true happiness really is. If you are interested in listening to a guided meditation on opening your Third Eye, feel free to listen to this one here.
4. Listen to your gut feeling:
Many times our gut feeling has prevented us from unwanted situations or wrong decisions. In fact intuition is nothing more than to listen to ones gut feeling. When you are able to shift your attention from your head into your body, you can listen to it and respond accordingly. Try to listen as often as you can to your gut feeling. This allows your intuition to come forth and thus enables you to open your Third Eye.
5. Listen to spiritual teachers:
A good advice is to listen to spiritual teachers or reading their books. Not only have they a lot of wisdom concerning the way out of suffering and the ego, but they also emanate an enlightened frequency. If you are aware enough you will feel their consciousness and so only through listening or reading you will move into the present moment. This may not open your Third Eye, but eventually will let you realize that the Third Eye is in fact only an illusion.

Here are 7 Amazing Books to Open your Mind:

1. Ancient Future:
Starting with the "Ancient Future" by Wayne B. Chandler, this book opened my mind to the fact that I really don't know anything about the universe and the reality we live in. In "Ancient Future" the author describes the 7 Hermetic Principles that I have wrote about here. Furthermore he gives a picture about how we can use these universal laws in the present day to create a better future. If you were interested in the 7 Hermetic Principles I've wrote about and you want to know more about how this universe works, this book is meant for you. Be aware! "Ancient Future" will eventually lets you see the world in another perspective.
2. The Power of Now:
The Ego is the never-ending stream of thoughts in our heads as Eckhart Tolle describes it in "The Power of Now" and it is this ego which both prevents and makes it possible for us to enter The State of Being or the State of Enlightenment. What was very uncommon compared to other books I've read was the ability to feel the state of consciousness of the author and so the mere reading was like a meditation itself. I can only describe the feeling I've had while reading this book with the words of deep peace and presence.
3. A New Earth:
Like the beautiful and colorful flowers who have emerged out of the monotonous green plant kingdom, our Inner Self also emerges out of this destructive illness called the Ego. Eckhart Tolle gives a vision of how we could enter the next evolutionary state of consciousness in a constructive way by working with the present moment and not against it. By reading it I felt a sense of hope and it brought up the desire in me to do something to change this destructive world. Also like in "The Power of Now" the feeling of deep peace was present while reading "A New Earth".
Most of us are unaware about the future and maybe concerned about a possible Third World War. For all of you who are thinking this way, give your worries a rest and read this book. At the very least it will give you some peace I'll promise you.
4. Be Here Now:
The core meaning of "Be Here Now" by Ram Dass is the same as in "The Power of Now", but with more of a psychedelic and artistic touch. As Ram Dass describes it, only the Here and Now is the end of suffering and the only through the Here and Now we can enter into different dimensions. Probably many of you are bothered by the boring way almost all books are written. All in a strict way according to the rules, with no sign of an artistic outburst. It's not unusual therefore that you have no interest in reading anything. For this reason (which is only my opinion) Ram Dass has created something every open-minded and artistic person will devour with pleasure. If you don't trust me ask Steve Jobs. Besides LSD this book was the main reason for the creation of Apple.
5. Siddharta:
This little novel tells the story of a guy named Siddharta who is in search for something he don't quite know. He is looking and looking and even as he finds himself in front of the Buddha, he couldn't find it. This book by Hermann Hesse will touch most of you, who are also on the journey to find this what stays unspoken. Also it is very short and so therefore encouraging for everyone who is scared away by the frustrating thickness of most of the published books.
6. Brave New World:
Aldous Huxley created a dystopia in "Brave New World" in which people are being cloned to create a stable and ongoing economy. To get this needed stability the people in this utopia get normed so they enjoy working and are happy through the help of the drug soma. This is a must-read for everyone who is aware of the erroneous system we live in and the danger it represents for the earth and humanity. When you consider that this book is written in the 1920s, it's far more shocking because even then people where aware of what might evolve out of this destructive system.
7. The Alchemist:
I have to commit that this was the only book I've read twice. This wonderful novel about a shepherd boy who follows his dream gives you goosebumps. It's so compelling and fascinating that you can't put the book away. It shackles you until the last site. The fact you don't know "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho is already a reason to read it and dwell in the miracles of the universe.

Namaste,

"Do you feel it?" is probably the most accurate question to ask, when you want to know if someone is an empath. The english word empathy is derived from the Ancient Greek word ἐμπάθεια (empatheia, meaning "physical affection or passion"). An empath is generally described as a person, who feels into the other person. In this post I want to give you a picture of what everyone is capable of. An empath is no 'better' human or something like that, he/she is only more aware of what happens around him/her. We all have had the strange experience of knowing or feeling that something isn't correct. In my opinion it's the heart, which talks to us.

Here are 7 Signs to know that you are an Empath:

1. You feel others feeling: This is probably the most essential attribute of an empath. You can take on the feelings of people around you. Because you're vibrating at a such high frequency, you are very sensitive to the most subtle energies. These energies can emanate from everything, especially from people and electrical devices. You see, we are in reality only energy vibrating at a different frequency. The more you are aware of this fact, the more you are aware of subtle energies around you. You only need to look into someones eyes to tell them their inner emotional state. Many people are afraid of us, because they don't want to be X-rayed. But we don't this to harm anyone, we are here to help humanity and planet earth. Because you are so susceptible to other people's energies, you often times get depressed. Most people don't know it, but they are so full of negative energies that I often times ask myself "How can they stand this pain?".
2. You are an expert at body language: You love it to watch people. Literally, you can sit in the park observing the people who pass, without getting bored. This is often times very annoying for the watched, but you know you don't do this to judge anyone. You rather do this to lern something new. Since you were a child you always watched life as it passed. Even in the most boring situations, you found a way to entertain yourself. In fact you were most of the time so engaged in observing your environment, that you faded out all the boring stuff.
3. Being in crowded places overwhelmes you:
This is due to your high sensitivity. In a small group it's no problem for you, because there are not so much energies. But in a crowded place with more than 100 people or sometimes more than 1000 people you feel uncomfortable. This amount of different energies is too much for you and you can't help but to leave into a less crowded area. But in the rare cases you enter such huge crowds, you're trying to find a place at the end. This gives you a certain type of safety, so you can leave very easy and fast when you need to.
4. You are highly intuitive: You have a deep connection to your Higher Self. This gives you insight into the huge collection of wisdom. Most of the time, this wisdom is used as intuition to guide you. When you trust your intuition, it will let you see the world as it is. Often times you don't know from where this knowing is coming from, but you have a deep inner knowing it is true. In the hinduistic belief and many other cultures, the Third Eye is the seat of your intuition. Probably you are not the type of person who likes to plan. It's simple: Your intuition always makes the right decision for you.
5. You can easily tell if someone is lying around you: You are a human lie detector. When you look someone in the eyes and they lie to you, you know it. It's very hard for people not to lie to you, because they also have the feeling of being caught. In my experience the eye color influences the persons ability to lie. Brown eyed people are far more secretive. They don't let anything out and so it's more difficult to tell if they are lying. Blue eyed people, in contrast, are very open. They are like an open book. They don't want and they can't most of the time lie to you. So for an empath it's most of the time easier to look through a blue eyed person than a brown eyed person.  This doesn't mean that people with brown eyes are liars, they are only more mysterious.
6. You avoid negative media images: Probably many of you didn't follow the presidential election, because you can't withstand all this negativity. It's like that all the lies, the corruption and violence is absorbed by you. This is sometimes very hard for you, because you need a long time to recover. You are more likely a person who likes to read interesting books about the nature of life and to watch uplifting YouTube videos. This positivity brings balance to your life. It enhanches your kundalini energy, your frequency.
Nowadays, we are unfortunately surrounded by all kind of drama, stress and negative energies. To bear this amount of negativity, you find yourself going inwards to find answers. I recommend you to meditate, if you are having trouble with all this different energies.
You also have to realize that the truth often times can be negative. This shouldn't freighten you, it should let you see the world as it is. In the end the truth sets you free.
7. People open up to you: It's like you're a counselor since you were born. Random people are suddenly talking to you about their life and their problems. They often times don't know why they are doing this, but most say it's because they feel comfortable around you. Though you are may be wondering too, you are open and ready to help. In fact you love it to hear the stories of people. It gives you a warm and welcoming feeling.
You are emanating love and light outwards and the people feel this. They can't help, but open up to you. They have no control about it. And they don't regret it. You always have an answer for them.

Namaste.
